IMO I could live with this draft. Touches some needs and adds depth.

Hard time thinking Arroyo makes 90 unless his medicals damn him... not out of realm of possibility.

I don't see him or Mason Taylor getting out of 2nd round.

I wonder what will disappoint more people. When the Rams don't take Hampton in the 1st or the people if they do.

I agree, as the draft gets closer his stock will rise. Hopefully other needs for the Rams will fall to their draft position.

I don't think it's a stock rising thing, he's generally been considered the 3-4 best tight end since the Senior Bowl - not withstanding his medicals checking out.

Semantics, if he's not there he is stock has risen to a higher pick. I'll agree to disagree regarding defining his value if he's not there at the 90th pick.

I could see it with arroyo. It's always his medicals and he gets to the combine and he's hurt again.

I kept eyeballing RBs but kept trying to get good value lol
Charles Robinson is suggesting that while the draft is deep at RB, there's group of 5-8 guys that are tops and if Jeanty goes high, there could end up being a run on those 5-8 guys in the top 50 since the other skill positions on offense don't offer the same value in that range.

Wow! If the draft were to fall this way, the league would start complaining about the unfair advantage the Rams must have because that would be 3 straight years they schooled the rest of the league in drafting.

Double dipping at TExwith THOSE guys? Ok, so neither should last that long to be where you got them, but if you could…
No way both of these guys busts.

You covered about everything the Rams could immediately use while nailing down depth at some key positions.

My favorite mock so far. Certainly crushed mine! Lol.

A week ago I would have thought that you were crazy, but not now.
The Rams weakest position group last season was clearly their ILBs.
Along came FA and other teams are signing these guys. Hummel was 3rd string/STs and he just became a millionaire for essentially blocking one punt.

Meanwhile, the Rams have signed a LT, WR, IDL, and a backup QB.

Why not go after the baddest LB you think there is? Pick him in the 1rst and double down by picking another late is an excellent idea. Maybe the Rams don’t grab one in the 1rst, but they are so thin at LB, that I would expect them to draft one earlier than usual.

So why would the Rams go anywhere near him in the first 2days of the draft?
Not necessary to take this risk.

Depends on what you think about his injuries. My understanding is that he's always "banged up". I don't know his history specifically though.

never done one of these, what you guys think?

I mean if Kyle McChord doesn't bring that Ohio State stench with him it'll be a pretty good draft! ;) lol

Good job but be careful they become addictive.
