Once he gains a little more experience, and the team more familiar with the sceme, I expect he'll be on the benches less. But that's just a guess.

I don't know about you but this is my new desk chair

I didn't feel I was commenting about the poster, but rather the comments said by the poster. I didn't want to offend him, just referenced what he stated.

No offense taken. We're on the same side, brother!

You're right though, it's a different time. Sometimes it's better to work smarter instead of harder ;)

Mcvay has talked about how he can, and does, switch his headset between the conversations of the other staff. But he has trust in his staff.

If there is anything that I know for about Mcvay it is that he trusts and encourages his staff. He empowers them and everyone else on the team to be their absolute best.

Wade was hired to handle the D. I'd rather have a guy who know D handle the D and the guy who know the O handle the O. With that being said, I'm not happy with the guy handling the D.

I'm sure McVay has some say and plenty of interaction with the defensive players and staff during the week. It's just him letting Wade handle his stuff on game day and McVay taking care of his stuff on the offensive side during the game.

Working so far, so I can dig it.

Yes...same side for sure. Thanks for dropping the note!
