Dude is so great and I think he approaches the best HC we have ever had. I worry when I see the face of a guy who is so important to us and the team, look so tired. It would be a tragedy when the Rams win a Super Bowl, that he retires. I am of the opinion, that McVay is worth more than any single player. He is our franchise. I don't sense a closeness between Dick Vermeil and Sean McVay, but I wish Vermeil could transmit what he went through in the 70's to McVay....I want McVay for 20 years, myself.

I thought he looked pretty good at today’s press conference. Youthful, and exuberant.

“Well, you know Aldon, I think that’s predicated on whether Cooper has close to a full range of motion. Now get off my lawn!!”

He's got to win a Super Bowl to be our best coach ever.

But once Kroenke makes him the highest paid head coach in the league next year (I mean why wouldn't he?) Sean will feel energized and he'll have money to take that fine lady of his on any vacation he wants. Have to think all those couch wrinkles he has from the office will dissipate and he'll be refreshed and ready to go!

hence the statement : "I think he approaches the best HC we have ever had...."

Yeah, he's 32. Best years are behind him. Could lose a step at any point. Rams better think carefully about giving him an extension at this point. Maybe they could trade him for a draft choice and get someone younger on a cheap contract?

Or he could overwork himself like Dick Vermeil did at Philadelphia (he was pretty young), and go into broadcasting...

We could stock up on 6th rounders, draft some under-rated special teamers, and OWN this league for years.

How DARE you talk about McBae in this fashion.....go to your room!!!

That trip through the 30s is a sobering experience. Mortality starting to slap you upside the head asking "WTF ARE YOU DOING?!?!?!". He's just got a few wisdom lines forming, he's fine lol.
