Colorado has no shortage of NFL stars on their staff. I imagine Faulk will be a great RB coach. They need him after the terrible production they had from their rushing attack last season.

One of my favorite Rams of all time here in our state. I sure hope he makes a difference. Hopefully this is the right move for the program and Faulk.

Deion’s ploy to improve recruiting.

I wonder how many of them actually want to go out on the recruiting trail though.

I also wonder how impressed the kids will be since they haven’t seen any of these guys play.

I’m sure my namesake can teach his craft. However, he had this innate ability to project where defenders would hit a gap and juke their lights out. Can that skill be taught?

He can give them pointers on where to have their eyes and what their keys are, but no what Faulk had cannot be taught. The talent has to be be there.

Same reason Magic Johnson said he could handle coaching and Kobe said young players drove him crazy later in his career.
The guys they were coaching couldn't do the things they could do and or didn't work hard enough for them.

Faulk has a brilliant football IQ and its about time he gets his second chance. Without his indiscretions at NFL network he may have been on a GM level track
Indiscretions....you mean having opinions or did I miss a news story with him?

I’m a huuuuge Marshall Faulk fan.

I’ve listened to hours upon hours of his interviews. In particular pay attention to incoming draft talent.

Multiple things he says like “ all prospects come in needing to get better at pass protection” is gold for me.

His ability to decipher what his jobs job is in all extremes and what his teammates jobs are and what the defenses jobs are is going to help him unlock some kids minds.

Look forward to seeing what happens CO.

I'm hoping this is the start of a coaching career that lands him on the Rams. Faulk to me is one of the smartest football players to ever strap on the pads. I too look forward to seeing him do great things.

Faulk's one of those guys who is smart enough to do whatever he wants. Not all the ex-players, even the great ones, can say that. But I imagine coaching is going to be a hell of a grind for him, even in college, so hope he's ready for that side of it.
