There are a couple of NON Flogrown neighbors in my hood.

I guess it may be a Southern form of hospitality that Non Locals aren't privy to.

So yeah... unfortunately I have a couple of jackholes that have no idea what to do when I have given them a courtesy wave. Miserable asshats.

I keep waving though now that I know it breaks their stupid brains.
