Mack’s late thoughts from Sunday

The Atwell usage is bizarre. McVay wanted him. He could have gone several other directions with that pick. I’ve said from the start that he doesn’t fit because he won’t be able to block. He barely used DeSean so why waste a second rounder on a bit player?

McVay needs to get him involved to find out if he can do it or not. Maybe he’s waiting for Stafford to get back to top form before opening the offense more. Stafford has been staring down receivers a bit in these first two games.

I came in from the Forum, but didn't see any tailgating… admittedly, I was so amped, I could barely work my phone, so it was probably right in front of me and I just missed it

Stay in Manhattan Beach. It's a nice area and you can take local roads to the stadium (rather than having to get on a freeway).

Uncle Bills Pancake House in Manhattan Beach is AMAZING!!! Been going there since 1976.

However, it’s stupid expensive there… I can’t imagine any AirBnB is gonna be even remotely affordable.

El Segundo is more affordable, is just south of the airport, and there are TONS of food options right there. It’s also slightly closer to the stadium.

Hey, my son bought me that exact same shirt. He must have felt bad for me because I was in hospital for so long. But in his mind he pictured me as I was before I went into hospital. However by the time I came out I had lost 12kg. It was like a tent on me. I'm slowly filling it back up.
