Well that that we went all in for Fisher and THAT backfired. What the fuck do we do now? Possible location freaked him out? Seriously?

What do we do now? We now look for a guy that has a vision. Any cooridnator that's qualified should be considered. OC, DC, it doesn't matter. I still hope they try for Zimmer.

It's pretty annoying that SK just fired everyone and half ass looked for a HC and GM, wanting Fisher, and then we're not even going to get the guy because because of stadium concerns.

Which means that a possible relocation is very much on the table, and also means we basically are going to have to scramble here and hope we can get some good guys who wont lead our team further down the shit hole.

That's why I was on my soap box asking SK for a vision statement. How can you start hiring personalities and building a team structure if you don't even know what you want beforehand? It's like going to an airline ticket counter and asking for a ticket without being able to specify your destination.

I said at the time that the way this was being handled was disappointing, and that we're seeing the results of internal dysfunction. Unfortunately, looks like I may have been correct. They didn't figure out how they would deal with the "move" issue BEFORE they started looking for candidates.

Now they'll have to figure it out AFTER creating negative PR. SK is not showing me that he deserves all the accolades that have been heaped on him. But I guess people always just assume that if you're financially rich, you must be smart.

Yeah, me too kinda. Hes got the experience, but he's been out a little while too. Offenses have done some unbelievable things, then some stunk it up.

I like his personality though. As well as his record and his ring.

I bet Demoffs head is spinning right now.
