Going forward ,,,, now that the top leaders of the team have been assembled ...

I believe it is in the team's best interest to have Fisher be the face and voice behind the cameras / microphones. Please keep Demoff as far from cameras as possible (with the only exception being to provide damage control during the lease negotiations). Again , Fisher needs to be the "visible" leader of the Franchise. Demoff needs to be kept in the shadows where he apparently spends most of his time anyway.

Les is going to let his decisions do the talking for him. Perfect!
