Last time I can remember a team helping out someone in their own division is when the Rams traded Wendell Tyler to the 49ers

He cost the same as Barron and Tree. He is 29 but still very good I far as I know for a Whiner. Some needy team that is close could take him.

Nope no ex whiners ... only one I would ever take is Joe Staley ......in his prime and that’s if he plays for free
 
A Bowman type player is exactly what this team needs. However the Niners dont want to see the Rams in the Superbowl, so no shot in hell of this trade happening for Rams.

Unless they plan on trading barron i can't see how bowman would work for this team.
