Yea he got hurt, I mean it was his rookie year but he also had a couple games where he went ballistic. Playing in a shit offense with a shit QB, shit coach, for a franchise that has turned to shit. McVay could work wonders with this kid. 20th pick of the draft last year.

I'd be all for this if McVay thinks he can get the kid to buy in. For all we know, he could have seen how much of a shit show the Giants were and purposedly did this to get the hell out. Either way, I trust McVay and the front office and yes I'd throw Atwell in there for that trade lol

In his defense, it is voluntary. Now if he were with us, we have better vets/locker room culture that could positively rub off on him. This to me could be a reason the FO may look at him as a viable option. Besides, he'd also be cheap which is something I know the Rams don't mind.

OBJ could be a connection from NY and a good mentor possibly. Ya never know. Besides I'm sure we'll be linked to him somehow because the Rams sign everybody!
