This dude is some kind of narcissistic sociopath of a rare order.

An excerpt from the article:

"We are pleased to welcome Johnny Manziel to the Alliance of American Football, which we've always described as a league of opportunity for talented players to launch or revitalize their pro football careers," AAF co-founder Bill Polian said in a statement. "We completed extensive background work to determine whether it would be appropriate for Johnny to play this season, and after consulting with many people familiar with his situation, we concluded that it would be good for him to resume his pro football career here at The Alliance."

AAF chairman Tom Dundon told USA Today's Kevin Allen and Tom Schad in late February that Manziel had been offered a workout for the league.

"Right now, it's a decision of the GMs, and they can decide what they want to do," Dundon explained. "If talent-wise this is close, the negative of him is that there is drama with him and you are trying to win games and build a team. The positive is that he brings in fans and attention."

Translation:

We need help selling tickets and figured this d-bag still has fans that are enough of a sucker to buy tickets.

He's gonna wreck that league too?

Okay I’m old, this I know, meaning I’m slow of thinking. But would someone please explain to me the thread title using the term ‘Johnny Tricycle’?

I thought about posting in blue font “maybe the Rams should kick the tires on him?”... but I just couldn’t. Even with blue font.

Unbelievable to me the folks who were still wanting “to give Johnny a look” even after he’d screwed up for the 83rd time...

Because of his lack of emotional maturity and that he has acted like a fuckface.

He's beaten up his one girlfriend twice, broken countless rules in 3 different leagues and is a general douchbag.

Oh look another thread about Manziel, good to know your hatred of him still burns so hot that he occupies so much of your time, energy and thought.

He occupies none of my time. I saw the article and chuckled about how he is all good and new again. While at the same time thinking what a fucking idiot he is.

Do you disagree with that?

Or just with me posting in general about a guy who has proven to be a complete POS.

What's truly funny to me is that if Johnny can keep it together for a year in the AAf (or a year and a half in this case), there is one owner in Dallas who might pull the NFL trigger....lol

Had the AAF been in existence, Manziel wouldn't have even gone to Canada. Be interesting to see how he does

Or he would have gone from the AAF and THEN to Canada.

He is a fuck-up.

It’s because he’s an imature ass-wipe.
