Man I use to watch college B ball and this man, what he did for kids that played for him.etc etc.

All I can say He is the real deal, A Legendary Human Being. Not just a Coach.

Yeah... This was a man who will be missed by sports in general. Backed his players and was a teacher of young men. A true legend of coaching.

A legend in his own time. Great man great coach and he will be missed.
 
What he did at that school just cant be equated.
Took over a team that won just 3 games the year before, had only won more than 16 games in a season 3 times in school history and only won 20 games 1 time in the school's history
Went from 3 wins to 12, which was his only losing season (12-14), then 13 wins, which was the last time he didnt win at least 60% of his team's games (13-13 .500)
He won 20 games or more in 19 of 27 full seasons
Just incredible
