21m per. He’s not an elite CB now but he’s still a very good #1…
I hope he asks for his release. He still has a ton of love for this coaching staff. He’s close w/ D-Will also.
Rams still have love for Ramsey the person and player.

What says you?

If he will play for 10 million per and even that might be too much.
I would rather draft the best CB available at 26.

You need to stop listening to Jake Ellenbonehead. :P

IMO, Ramsey is going to be 31 this year. That's pretty old for the highest paid CB in the NFL, and he's not the player he once was. I'd pass as he's expensive and who knows that the fins are asking for him.

Vet minimum, yes. Otherwise no...he gambles for the flashy interception these days that leads to big offensive plays instead of being happy with disrupting the play. Was he always like this, because I only noticed it starting with his last year or two with the rams.

If there's a pick swap in place for the next two years (for example, our fourth-round pick, which is #127 for Miami's third-round compensatory pick, which is #98) and a fourth/fifth-round swap next year, as well as throwing in a player we don't need that costs a lot against the cap (say, for example, Colby Parkinson), I'd absolutely consider it. Ramsey is physical enough to play safety, even if he can no longer be a corner, and we're losing a lot of our safeties and cornerbacks to free agency next year anyway.

Hahaha, I mean, yes!

The real answer for both of us is that he's worth picking up but not at a price his market would dictate so it's generally a no.

Niners could trade Trent Williams for Ramsey.

Not liking this rumor at all.

Bad enough playing against Kupp twice a year.
If the whiners trade Trent Williams, it wont matter who they have on D. Purdy will be turning the ball over frequently. I dont think Ramsey wants to go to a team that isnt going to compete for a ring anyways. So SF would be out.

I believe the Dolphins plan to start last year's 2nd round pick Patrick Paul at Left Tackle.

If he gets cut, I see no reason why the Rams shouldn't be interested. People saying no seem to think we have a good secondary when we have just a bunch of JAGS. I'm all for improving that area as I view it as a weakness on defense. Besides it would most likely be on a very short deal that we can get out of easily.

So you feel he has negative trade value?

Maybe we should start the evaluation this way: if he was a free agent today, what would his market value as a CB be?
