About 1998 I did tech support for techs out in the field and that sucked enough. I can only imagine doing tech support for the general public.

get in her car and the damn clock is never right, somehow she changes it but cant figure out how to change it back
 
We pretty much always figured on setting the clock on all the appliances at my mom and dad's place every Christmas. At least then they'd stop flashing 12:00 at us until the next power outage.
