It's weird. My fiance is from Chicago, she does not like attention. So we're having a very private wedding ceremony. Her family owns a cabin on a lake about 1 hour north of Chicago. That's where we're having the wedding. Then the next Saturday we're having a wedding party/reception with a lot of people at the City Museum in St. Louis, which is where I'm from. We will have a mini-honeymoon on Block Island (in Rhode Island) for three days in between. We will have our actual honeymoon in February (after the football season and before the Cardinals start playing) either in New Zealand or Australia (we're still deciding that part).

I just want to say thanks to all of my ROD friends that I've chatted with here. I will definitely be back before the real game start.

So just to let you down easy, both of us are liberals and we don't find Obama to be as terrible as others do

Definitely happy for you. It's a lot of work, as I am sure you know... But if you keep the communication lines open you'll be one of the lucky ones.

Congratulations! I am jealous about you going to New Zealand, as that's my dream vacation. If she decides not to go, let me know, haha.
 
Happy for you bud! I married the girl that I went to the high school prom with. Boring I know but we've had a long wonderful happy marriage and have three wondeful children. Salute!
