So #8 is tied for 1st with Myles Garrett in highest double-team percentage and still has the 4th highest pass rush win rate. That's amazing for a rookie.

Our DTs are doing well too. Kobie Turner is 19th in pass rush win rate while being double-teamed at the 4th highest rate.
Fiske isn't double-teamed much but tied for 14th in pass rush win rate.

This will be a dominant DL in a year or two. They just need to add a better run stopping NT.
Those rankings don't include the MINN game, either. Given V8's performance, I'd say he probably went up.

I think Fiske may have gone down in pass rush, but improved on run D, but I can't find the last chart.Posted here somewhere, I think, if anyone cares enough to check. I like it if true.

Nice to see a Ram OL show up; Havenstein getting it done in the run game.

V8. Fate almighty, is that a fitting nickname, or what?!

Much better than my nickname of him (The Last Verse), although I will stand by my nickname of his partner in crime, Braden "The Kingpin" Fiske.

No thanks. I like the thought but I'd rather not have DBs going for the knees of our best defensive player.

Shut the fuck up and rush Jared.
Fuck that! Don't change a thing V8 baby! It's working so don't listen to this grumpy old man.

If he can get Trent Fucking Williams up on his tippy toes and move him backwards as a rookie...................................................... well, I do have to say, THAT is a good sign.
Does seem to try and tackle a little high though. He a little work to do but he will get there.
Kid is a beast.

Three picks or so before we traded up i said in the draft thread we need one of Fiske or Ruke, I still can't spell his last name, to fall to us. The Rams didn't want yo wait and we see why.

Falcons placed DT Ruke Orhorhoro on injured reserve with an ankle injury.

Orhorhoro debuted in Week 5, playing in a rotational capacity for the Falcons’ subpar defensive front. This is beginning to look like a lost season for the second-round rookie. Hopefully, Orhorhoro can make a come back at some point later this year.

It's also how the DL as a group rushes. When the DL stays in their lanes and that moment comes where the QB realizes he has to bail out of the pocket, needing to go backward is a big deal. As opposed to squirting through a hole in the DL.

So on the positive side Verse is getting the amount of pressures you'd see with an elite young rusher. And to some extent he should start finishing better as QBs need to turn back and around the edge to escape the pocket on some of those pressures. AD had so many sacks because when you squirt through that interior gap the QB says oh fuck and has to go backward a lot of the time. That's why an interior rusher who can give you edge pressure totals is fucking ridiculous.

Between the way the DL is starting to play as a unit with a bit more rush lane discipline, and the secondary removing quick options for the QB, and Verse working on his form to try to put those meat grabbers lower on QBs when he tackles them... I expect he's gonna finish real strong for us.

Falcons Lover!

I'm not genetically a very big guy. I went from 135 to 195 at 5'8 in a little less than a yr and a half naturally. I fluctuate b/w 190- 200 depending on my diet atm, but i look alot better at 190 now then i did naturally (leaner and more muscle). My goal as always been to be around 230-240, but it's just not in the cards. I think I reached my limit genetically before I started using steroids, if not really close to it.
Hell, I got out of the Navy and gained 60lbs no problem! ! ~ @Merlin
