I'd like to think that the Rams are better coached than Jax. Jaguars played stupid in the 2nd half last week.

I try to win the Jets game if I am the Rams.

But here is something interesting.

If we beat Arizona and Seattle we win the division. Full Stop.

Even if Arizona and Seattle win their remaining games (except vs Rams).

So aint the end of the world if we lose to Jets.
We have to prove we can beat Arizona

I guess that I see this game quite simply. The Rams can afford to lose and will still win the division if they lose the next 2. So the least important of the three games ahead of them.
That said, if the Rams lose to the Jets and somehow win the next 2, I see them one and done in the playoffs.
Rams have 3 extra days to prepare for a weaker team, they have to win to be considered a good/dangerous team.

The Rams must go into this game and the last two like they are playoff games.
I’m positive the Rams won’t be overlooking the Jets, Cards or Squaks. I’m just as positive if the Rams execute effectively they will win all 3 games. Consistency is the only question mark in my mind. What remains to be seen is if they execute consistently enough to win.

If we beat the Jets and AZ and Seattle loses to Minny we clinch the division. Making it in essence a mini bye week as McVay will almost certainly sit his starters.
Is this accurate? We can lose to Seattle in week 18 and still hold the tiebreaker over them?

Always play to win. But we're not historically very good in shit weather so I hope we can find a way to run the ball well and a lot..

The Rams need to beat the Jets for tie breaker purposes. Seattle and Arizona both went 3-1 vs the AFC east, the Rams are at 2-1 heading in to the Jets game.
Jets and Cardinals both went 1-3 vs NFC North, Seattle is 0-2 with games vs Minnesota and Chicago (likely end up 1-3)

On the weather side...right now it's gonna be clear with temp in the mid 20's and dropping as the game goes on...light winds from 5-10 mph.

I still say a nice balanced attack gets it done for the Rams, leaning on Williams and Corum, with a short to intermediate pass game,. Defense has to tackle well because the Jets are gonna be run heavy too. Rodgers doesn't have the ability to escape the pocket as he used too. I expect Verse to be much better in this game as he gets healthier.

I WANT A "BEAT EM UP GAME"...where the Rams win 23-17-ish type score!!!
