with Geno hurt, it feels more and more like the Arizona game is the one that will determine our fate. Now, maybe Carolina will fuck around and beat them this weekend - but I think its the Cards game for the division.
haven't heard anything today about his knee... so thinking it's not serious

No it means lets hope we get out injury free. Don't have to look into things that aren't there man. I never said play touch football...geez.

I know it hurts to have Soto go to the Mets.....
Come on man! I said pedal to the metal. Play hard. You said, "no, get out injury free". Then you proceeded to tell anybody who commented "I didn't say not to play to win, I said, get out injury free". Is there ever a time you don't hope we get out injury free? No shit. It goes without saying we don't want injuries.

On Soto, sure would have loved to have kept him but 780 mil? Nobody is truly worth that. Instead we got a good starter, a great closer and we're not done. I'm a Yankee fan man. I don't cry over losing guys because we always restock. Grow up.

This is not the time to take your foot off the gas. We have the same record as Seattle. One game ahead of AZ. We haven't clinched anything yet. In fact, we're not guaranteed a winning season until we hit 9 wins.

The Jets should not be taken lightly. Aaron Rogers is still capable of having a good game. Maybe the Jaguars have checked out mentally and that is why he had a good game. But still, you never know. Gotta win this one to keep the division lead.

Now we can debate who we'd rather see in the playoffs. Green Bay or Minnesota. To me it doesn't matter. We played Green Bay without Puka or Kupp and lost. We played Minnesota with Puka and Kupp and won. We just gotta keep taking care of business and we play one of them at home.

Real feel of 5⁰. McVay & Co. are 12-5 on the East Coast but I don't think many were played in those conditions.

Rams lose to Jets and Cards, and Cards win 2 of 3 and end up with same record, Cards win division and Rams out of playoffs.

Rams gotta win in NY

I'm pretty sure if the Rams beat the Cards and Shehawks, they win the NFC West. The Jets game gives us leeway in case the Cards stumble somewhere along the line, such as to the Whiners. Might be the one time ever that I cheer for the whiners.

Rodgers may be a diva and not what he once was, but I wouldnt sleep on this team. Scoring 27ppg in their last 4 games, Rodgers has has only thrown 1 INT in his last 7 games, 13-1 TD to INT. Davante Adams really starting to cook, 18 catches on 23 tgt for 307 yards and 3 TD in his last 2 games
And he's throwing against our secondary.

25 degrees on Sunday is predicted high for the day. While I believe they win, it certainly has the appearance of a trap game.

Every game is now a playoff game. We’re fortunate enough to be in a position of being able to dig ourselves out of a big hole. So the Jets game is a pretty much must win.

Higbee will be back and he will get attention from defenses. I think the Rams will approach this game to win it. McVay will throw the book at the Jets. Our Defense is getting stronger each game. Rodgers will not leave the pocket so he may get sacked 5 times on Sunday.

Yep, get Corum more involved, give Kyren a little more of a break. The bigger games are week's 17 & 18. Unless Seattle loses the next 2, the Cards & Hawks games are what matters.
I say keep everything the same, play to win like every other week.

If they lose to the Jets, there is no more margin of error.

OTOH, if they beat the Jets and Arizona and Seattle loses to Minnesota, week 18 is meaningless.

Not really, Seattle needs to lose 2 more. If they beat us and end up tied with us, I believe they may own the tiebreaker. Its not a guarantee.

Good practice in case we end up in Philly in the divisional round.

As far as I know, we own the tiebreaker with Seattle, even if they beat us.

I saw a breakdown somewhere but I'm not an expert.

If we take care of business.....win the next 3....we're the #4 seed, unless Tampa takes a crap. Then we'd host the Vikings or the Lions, whomever doesn't win the North. Green Bay would go to Tampa and Washington to Philly (or Minnesota/Detroit, the North winner). I'd feel pretty good Tampa doesn't beat Green Bay, so if we do happen to win the first round, we'd either host another game (Green Bay) or go to the winner of the Washington/Philly-Detroit-Minnesota game (if Washington doesn't win...which they probably won't). But that's getting the cart ahead of the horse. Or as Madden would say, "don't worry about the horse being blind, just load the wagon" (make the playoffs).

You offered 760 M. And I'll take Snell over Fried all day long. 8 years, no thanks. That's why Friedman is the best GM in the biz.

The closer that blew the game vs the Mets??

Shine been off the Yanks for a long time.

Grow up....odd thing to say but ok.

Go Rams.
