rule change is that the kicker now gets more time to prep the balls
before kickers could only prep the balls a couple hours before the game started , now they get like a couple days

From what you saw Saturday against Dallas. Plus I also saw next to a Ram Fan who liked Stoops.
Watching PR,routes & live play.I came away which I don’t think I posted,but thoughts from the scrimmage.
Stoops did everything Xiaver & Covey did as far as all the above in The Skills. Xiaver Smith though showed up HUGE Saturday.
IMO Covey gets CUT & Stoops will do his 4 game (2?) suspension & then put on The Rams Practice Squad. He is impressive
