Hopefully McVay will diversify the gameplan and utilize Gurley with different fits such as HB screens, swing routes. Don't think I saw the screen pass to Gurley at all last year; that does wonders in nullifying a pass rush.

Yeah gonna be great to see Gurley silence the doubters. Hopefully there will be a lot of damn crow bein served next year for those who have been slammin on him, Goff, and Tavon. This offense has some good players, can't wait to see them get some of that success just like Ike did and boy was that sweet!

EDIT: and yes, I am hoping that I have to eat a plate of crow re: Tavon and I hope it revolves around him finally becoming a great route runner and true receiver! What can I say, I'm a fan dammit!!!

He NEEDS to!

He's not just a receiver, he's a dynamic player that plays RB better than a lot of players. We can have so many different offensive looks to throw off defenses, if Tavon is utilized both as a Receiver and RB... get him back to his college days!

I see videos of him working on his speed and i think he is focused of being great . Alot of factors effected him last year and we can blame it on the line, the game plan, losing weight or whatever other things happened . Either way he menatly wasn't the same and lacked effort at times, if he changes that we all know the talent is there and he can take over games

I agree. Let's hope he regains his enjoyment of the game now that Fisher ball is long gone!
