I bet they'll be talking Lakers news 24/7, even if we're in the Super Bowl in 2018. :gtfo:

So this is a done deal? I should be excited but I'm not. I recognize LJ's talent but I just don't know if I like the guy. Our Lakers are having a hard time getting from under this cloud. I think our Rams are going to shine now. Since I live in Ga, the Lakers won't steal any of the Rams' thunder here. It would be cool to have both teams winning at the same time again.

Steve Nash 2.0. Would much rather have signed Cousins and another young combo guard.

Yeah. He signed a 4 year deal.

Ouch, I just read it. 4 years, $154M! Hope he has four good years left.

ESPNLA has been talking Lakers whenever possible, and about the Rams when they have to. Their on air personalities are basketball oriented and they have been talking about this possible LeBron signing since the Rams moved to LA. It's like winning a Super Bowl for these guys, bagging him for the Lakers. I quit watching basketball for various reasons, after Showtime, myself. Quit being a fan when Kobe and Shaq were together, so this is a a pain in the @ss to me.....jmho.

Same....not a big Bron fan myself. However if he doesn't start demanding the roster changes like he did in Cleveland. I like the pick up. Lakers got a really good young core IMO. They need to keep these guys.

This young core is good. They lacked on court leadership in a BIG way.

This could be the thing they needed not just the few years but the years after Lebron.

Really mixed on this as well. I thought I hated the guy.

This is going to be great for the lakers, lebron makes any team into a competitor. They have alot of young talent and adding cousins If hes healthy would be huge.

It will also be a good thing for the rams, more hype for LA and another attraction for free agents .

I'll always be a Rams fan above any other team I root for, but the Lakers have a special place in my heart for helping me get over some pretty horrible football seasons.
That's ok...I was a big Laker fan when Jerry West, Gail Goodrich, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem, Magic Johnson, Michael Cooper, Kurt Rambis, AC Green were on the team during the different era's. I didn't like the NBA after that. I remember and treasure those memories. I just don't like today's NBA and I don't like to hear hours of rambling about the NBA the whole year, and a few minutes about the Rams....It was better this last year, but now they'll be orgasming about LeBron all the time now....Like I said, jmo.

I wonder if Aaron Donald is holding out for Lebron James type money
