It may indeed happen but I don't see that as a good fit considering that Tom Coughlin is in charge of the whole operation.

I follow the Jags being a young talented team that is similar to us with a ton of younger players but this would set them back Years IMO.

Chip is a great offensive mind but his gimmicky fast-paced offense is more effective in college.

Got to give Kelly credit, he is really set on making it in the NFL. Maybe taking a step back and being OC is the best thing for him. Wont be his game plan, and may not even call plays
