My God son is 19 years old.
After sitting down and sort of jumping to reposition himself real quickly then looking sort of sick to his stomach, he asked me if there was a surgery guys could get for a ball lift.
Um, well, I suppose there is....
He keeps sitting on his onions and it is painful. I suggested for-go any surgery for now and switch away from boxers....see if that helps..
Made me laugh anyway....

I couldn't agree more with this. I got a pair many years ago as a stocking-stuffer. Then in a moment of mirth goofing around at dinner I outraced someone to get a seat and very quickly sat down on a hard chair.

Everyone thought it was funny except for me.

Boxer briefs are the way to go. Tighty whities are just to restrictive for me. Boxers are too loose. Gotta have enough support, but need ball room too.

Hanes Boxer briefs. Make sure to get them with the Comfort Soft Waistband, NOT the rubber waist band.
Only thing I wear, and for good reason.

Just tell him that chick's dig em.

I recommended the boxer briefs when I was talking to him.
The right way to go to me.

I've got the same problem. I can't wear most jeans brands because there's not enough room. The most comfortable I've found so far are Wrangler.

But yea, I go commando, so I can't give you advice on underwear.
