I’m honestly not sure what McVay is thinking sometimes I really want to give him the benefit of the doubt but holy shit
 
He just didn't see Watt. But being careful with the ball should be the rule here, given that they have a lead and Shittsburgh can't drive for shit vs our defense.
 
McVay is losing this game so far. This is on him and his pigheaded refusal to run the damn ball.
 
Running the ball will open the play action pass. McVay hasn’t figured that out it seems!! Why go 11 personnel on 1st down is beyond me

They 100% don’t. Najee Harris is a first round pick that’s on the verge of getting benched, because he can’t break tackles, but he comes into today and looks like prime Jerome Bettis
 
Well, didn't take long for the missed XP to come back to bite us. The same mistakes did us in there. Turnover. And big missed tackle. Push a guy out of bounds while he's fumbling around trying to secure the ball and its a 6 yard 3rd down. Instead an easy QB sneak.
 
big play mcvay has been a consistent problem this season. the acquisition of LaFleur has been a utter nothingburger, we still drift away from the run to our detriment
 
Stafford has to have a short memory. he threw that knowing he had the pass...to his surprise. Just get back out there and get it done.
 
When does McVay get out of this offenses way and give up playcalling duties? The shit he calls at times makes absolutely no sense.
