thats fine if he doesnt move into the neutral zone. you're allowed to twitch and move around and stuff to try and bait oline into moving, its when you take a step forward into that neutral zone that is suppose to get called. he at most moved his foot a centimeter.

I understand what the ref saw and why it was called, but IMO it was the wrong call

You're not allowed to make a move that causes the OLine to false start so that's why it's a penalty. Sucks but that's the rule.
