Just a brutal year with OL injuries took a mediocre line to porous. No running game, and no passing game other than Kupp and Higbee. Can't run play action, can't protect for longer developing routes. Might need to borrow a page from the Whiners, do more of the short stuff, get it out quick.

I’ve seen this game before we get a few exciting plays on O then it dwindles downward. Lets keep up the damn momentum!
 
I don't know why McVay abandoned the run after Powell fell. The OL was opening holes.
