Goff to Higbe looks like the connection because Higbe actually catches passes.

Cynicism aside, I like to see us taking some shots down the field. Nice throws by Goff, just need the receivers.

Still no talent at WR? DAMN!
How can Quick NEVER be open?

I've watched 5 or 6 preseason games so far and it's interesting the only one I've seen doing serious blitz schemes and stunts is Dallas.
I'm glad they're blitzing and stunting. Gives our guys something else to work on. Vanilla doesn't help your opponent but it does help with fundamentals. I hope that's Fisher's goal, otherwise, this is horrible.

Higbee impressive everyone else marginal or unimpressive. Goff had his moments, you can see reaso for optimism.

D against 2nd team QB? O against ? Yes, no Gurley, but? Big crowd. Hope for better down the road.

IMO, because Jones was so instrumental in helping the Rams get back to LA, we have to "give" the game to his cowboys! But in reality, we looked overwhelmed with the pregame hype leading up to the game. Talk about 80K plus being at the game, hard knocks, being in the national spotlight may have been too much for the team to handle today. It's only preseason and we all know Fisher plays very plain football during the preseason. But it is concerning our defense was pretty much punched in the mouth for most of the first half and we never responded back. They made Prescott look like an all-pro. Offensively, we continue to see our receivers drop catches that should have been caught, with the exception of Cooper towards the end of the 1st half. Well let's see how the young guys do this half.

Well, I spent the whole summer away. Looks like nothing's changed. This is still a Jeff Fisher coached team. Goff with some nice throws though. Him and Higbee are highlights right now.

Fisher ball at its finest. Let's huddle up at the 50 inside of 2 minutes and take 30 seconds to run a play . C'mon man

I think Goff has done very well. Looks the part.

Higbee could be special.

Cooper has stood out. If he catches that ball, he would be a standout so far.

Wow wide receivers dropping the ball not hang onto the ball.
How can this still be happening?

Horns receivers: "We're just not used to the rock actually, actually hitting us in the hands. We're gonna have to make some serious adjustments after whiffing on so many balls thrown outside our strike zones last season."

Would it surprise anyone to see Higbee catch 60 balls this year?

I'd be surprised if he didnt catch more than 60, dude is a beast and catches everything thrown his way. I'm glad he is showing what I saw in TC, I'm not known for my football player evaluation, but he made it easy.
