I've seen some talented WRs drop a ton of passes early in their careers. When you have to focus on the depth and the footwork in your routes, you aren't completely focused on catching the ball.

Let's hope that's all it is. I'd love to see him blossom into a solid WR.

Maybe he is a guy who drops a lot of balls. But if he catches a lot of balls and gets opens a lot, you can accept that.

It's preseason for the officials too apparently, I thought 1 knee on the ground meant you were down

Damn who's number 72? They should have challenged that sack. His elbow looked down.

Maybe seeing what happened to Wentz with backup linemen put a scare into Fisher and he didn't want to press his luck like the Eagles did. Over to the Olympics then I guess. For the most part, the rest of this game will be guys who'll be working for 'Bob's Moving and Storage' once the season starts.

I think Goff has done very well. Looks the part.

Higbee could be special.

Cooper has stood out. If he catches that ball, he would be a standout so far.

Yea @CGI_Ram... when Goff gets more reps and doesn't need to think about the WR patterns developing he will be able to use his peripheral vision and those FEET/Legs to scramble and show his Houdini abilities.. That was half the reason the Rams traded up to get him.

When his eyes and feet begin to work together like they did at Cal he will be dangerous.... obviously he needs more reps next game and our best OLINE starters would be nice but Keenum gets that group for now. WR's as a whole look like last year but its early yet..

I completely understand that. But it was his decision to do so in the first place. If he had an ounce of common sense, he'd do like Garrett did and put him out there with the starting o-line.

And I don't even wanna hear the bs of "he hasnt worked with the ones in practice." I doubt Dak got any meaningful time with the 1s in Dallas. Seemed to do Prescott some good.

IMO, If Goff can hang with the 3'rd team and still prove his worth, he'll get up to pace as far as the speed of the game goes faster than if he's playing behind the 1's. His decision making and vision will have to be sharper. This is not a must win game, this is a game to learn about what's coming once he gets the go-ahead when his name gets called, ... and do the job effectively.
