It's actually not a wolf. Longclaw is a Mormont sword, and the bear is their sigil.
Doesn't Jon talk about changing it back to a bear when he offers to give it back to Jorah? "All you need to do is change it from a wolf to a bear". I could be remembering wrong but I really thought he said that.

But John changed it to a wolf when he acquired the sword.

Oh. Okay. Y'all are probably right. Guess I haven't been paying attention, haha.

so we were shootin the shit last night during the PPV fiasco and GoT came up (my cell rang and theme song is ring tone) and a friend of mine (conspiracy theorist lol) says he wouldnt doubt if HBO paid GRRM to hold off releasing his next book until HBO is done with the series.

It almost makes sense, Heres what we came up with

HBO finishes series in 2018
GRRM releases the next book with completely different ending
HBO starts a new series, maybe 2-3 seasons merging the 2 different story lines

hey, we were drinking moonshine and celebrating my buddies Birthday

From what I've read GRRM is set to release the next book early in 2018, which isnt the last book in the series. Season 8's release date is said to be "unknown" so far, season 7 was released later than normal.

Season 7 only started a few weeks later than usual to make up the difference going to a 7 week season from a 10 week season.

Fair enough but everything else I mentioned has some base to it. I've read that season 8 could air as late as 2019. There are two more books left to be written/published. And the next book "Winds of Winter" is rumored to be released by early 2018. Though I do believe that numerous details, even the ending will be different.

Maybe Sansa is unaware at the moment and then pays Bran the Three-Eyed Raven a call...He does the white-eyed seer thing, and tells of Little Finger betraying their Dad at Kings Landing?
I think Little Finger gets a little "too cute" with Sansa and she kills him

Well,
Wait. So Jon Snow is Aegon Targaryen?...And he boned Daenerys?

She gets pregnant, now the white walkers have a dragon with infinite flames. Lol, now I got to wait a year...Hell of a show.
It was an awesome episode....My faith is pretty much restored in the writers. There is no way that Arya would allow herself to be seen by Little Finger entering his chamber, unless she willed it. I thought all along that when Bran, Arya, and Sansa got together, Liitle Finger was a dead man.

I remember that Uncle Benjen once said that there was more than just the wall to block the Wyte's and their zombies, there was magic too. I guess that magic is the blue flame from a dead dragon. The Night King is not bound by even having his army behind him, so what's to stop him from going to Winterfell directly and frying everyone in their own grease? It seems to me that they could wrap this up in 2-3 episodes if they wanted to.....NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: Long term predictions....John and Dani are King and Queen on the Iron throne. Sansa is the Queen of the North, and Cersei Lannister becomes a Wyte Walking zombie! Oh, and Arya sails west of Westeros, to see what's there, like she told that acting troupe woman that was caring for her a season or two ago (when she was stabbed in the gut before that female no-name was killed by her).

To you as well, the Stark kids came together to end him.
