Yeah thinking the weight loss as hurt him this season. He doesn't seem to have the initial inertia to get through some first or second contacts as he did in his previous season. But judging him by watching his body language and demeanor he looks disheartened and defeated mentally with how the season has played out. I'm willing to bet the O-Line playing disasterous has had something to do with this.

no burst...needs to be in I-formation...too slow to get into second gear...has no problem going to gears 3 and 4....

he is what he is , I'm afraid...

Disagree Bettitis occurs when you run with your head facing the ground and you can be tackled by someone touching your back.
 
He looked good on Hard Knocks... didn't play like that.
 
All I have to say at this point in time is that he definitely does NOT look like the second coming of Adrian Peterson.
And I'm a big supporter of Gurley.
Maybe it's injury, maybe he's being impatient, maybe it's the weight loss, maybe its the o-line...whatever it is, I hope it gets fixed.

They were pretty much tied with the Whiners and patsies for me. But after Petey's total douchebaggery, they are my most hated. Not only was that just a dick move with the game essentially over, it damn near got his punter killed. It also turned an already violent game into a bunch of cheap shots by both teams only to be exacerbated by Petey trying to add insult to injury by trying to tack on a late TD. All he did was give Donald another shot at Wilson and an INT for Tree. Way to lead your team Petey - you fucking idiot.

At one point he had 47 yards on I think only 10 carries. Was thinking he might crack 100.
Then the oline started forgetting things

As much as I love watching Rams football, I'm glad it's about over . We were suckered in by the 3-1 start and then slowly tortured the rest of the way . #73 drives me crazy with his stupid play

Tough year. I need to lighten up. But I'd rather take a shower in the Penn State locker room than watch another Ram football game right now.
