Also relationships make people act funny too. Apparently the woman is the same girlfriend who accused Von of threatening her and sent her shitty text messages a couple years ago… but they’re still together.

A YouTube video I came across from a local news affiliate had the 911 call from the girlfriend. Her voice is cracking and she is sniveling like she’s was holding back tears. Now she’s saying it was no biggie.
 
Domestic violence victims often recant. It’s one of the challenges of dealing with the issue.

Financial issues, love, children…. Stuff is complicated.

Much, much less often are false reports… but we’ve seen some real high-profile ones and that distorts the reality.

Not convicting Von, just pointing out a bigger picture.

Remember that Bengals receiver who was accused of domestic violence years ago. He was suspended or cut by the Bengals. Then his baby mama said nothing happened. She didn't want the money train to stop.
 
I can't comment because I don't know what was really happening behind the scenes, but I do know some women just get off on pushing guys buttons. If you ever lived with a stripper, you will know what I mean.

Yeah looks pretty clear that he got physical with her.

She realized the financial damage it could do to herself and her children if he were to lose his paychecks.

Not difficult to connect the dots.
