I don't think that's counting the RFA tenders they did. Plus $5-6 mil for rookies. Probably leaves them roughly $5 mil to work with. Cj would be nice though.

I wouldn’t mind something like Ryan Groy and Malcolm Brown. I really wanted the Rams to get a good ILB to go along with Littleton. I don’t think that’s in the cards financially though.
 
Brandon Marshall? I thought he would deffinately be gone by now .

I think hes a bargain at 10/ year. He would really strengthen up the middle of this defense

I know this move has the potential to work out well, but I still don’t think he’s worth the gamble. Eifert has missed more games than he’s played. I’d rather roll with Higbee and Everett one more year, or draft Gant/Hockensen, over giving Eifert a roster spot.

I thought Kiser looked terrific on special teams, made a few splash plays, and looked good in preseason also... but for whatever reason, Kiser got very few snaps on D during the reg season.

Gotta assume the Rams will spend some $ at ILB

Sure hope the Rams have more than a paltry $5M to splash around with...! Hey flv, what’s your take on how much $ the Rams have to spend on FA’s?

Rams will definitely have a capable backup for Mystery Man Gurley... hope it’s CJ, but wouldn’t be surprised if they wait a little bit hoping his price comes down. Can’t imagine the Rams will roll with TG, Brown, and Kelly— they need a stronger backup plan than that.

Not sure how it works exactly but Brown has a $2m tender without any guaranteed $$$. He is not yet under contract. Perhaps this is a Plan B move in case CJ is not signed. If that's the case and CJ agrees to a reasonable contract (say $3m) then the Rams would not proceed with a contract. Does anyone know if this is the case for RFA tenders?
 
Are we planning on going into the season with Air Bud at LB? This is getting ridiculous... we need to get at least one ILB.

Nah...we have the money. But I bet its been offered and CJ is free to a look around for a better offer. If he doesn’t find the interest level he’s hoping for, he can draw his paychecks from us.
