Wow, that is some crazy shit. Would like to defend the guy for his intentions, but the actions are inexcusable

It is pretty insane. He’s not walking away from this one. If he’d just shot at the vehicle he might get reckless endangerment . The fact he chased it for 11 miles proves intent. Everyone losses in this situation (IMO)
