I was surprised to hear this... I am sure back in the day when Ditka was coach Finnegan would be one of the top players he would be after.... Like they say: You love him when he's on your team but you hate him when you play against him.

Well ya know, just to stir the pot here , Fisher is a Buddy Ryan disciple and Ryan and Ditka had very little love for one another.
