The Americans is good,
Don't watch a ton of TV.
Working on the industry kind of spoils it.
Worked on True Blood and Dexter which spoiled them for me.
Pinky Blinders has great production Value.

Of all the series I've watched to the end, most of them seem to fade or fizzle in the last season, I'm not sure why.

Not so with Justified.

It was lights-out freakin' awesome all the way through, and the last season was phenomenal. The finale was great, and the very last scene of the finale - and the series - was pitch freakin' perfect.

I do think the even numbered seasons were better than the odd numbered ones. The odd numbered seasons were very good, the even numbered seasons are some of the best TV I've ever seen.

I give it the strongest possible recommendation.

Is Justified on Netflix?
 
Lots of great shows mentioned already. I will toss out a few.

Orphan Black: Season one was one of the best series seasons of a show I've ever seen. Truly outstanding. It sort of jumped the tracks in Season 2 and now I don't much watch it. But Season One? Wow.

Orange is the New Black: Great characters. Very well done.

River: Only 6 episodes I believe--but gripping.

Narcos: Lots of subtitles but worth it.
 
I'm currently binge watching Sons of Anarchy and I must say, I'm pretty hooked. Almost thru season 3, 4 more to go

I don't mind subtitles, in fact I embrace them. I cant hear for crap any more and usually turn the close captioning on so I can understand whats being said!

What do you do?

I have worked in the media, print and radio, and it sorta ruined them for me too.
 
I'm almost ashamed to admit that I binge watched How I Met Your Mother a couple of years back.
I had never seen an episode outside of the pieces I'd catch on the local FOX station here and there.
Ended up being one of my favorite shows to this day.

Friday Night Lights was another one that I binge watched. If you like football and drama, it's a pretty good show even with all the teen love story nonsense.

I tried to catch up and watch GoT but got distracted with a bunch of stuff going on. Me and the wife will try to get into that. She also needs to catch up on The Walking Dead.

The next show I'm going to watch is Lost. Never seen a single episode and I've heard mixed reviews. I'll see for myself.
 
Supernatural. Started watching several years ago and kinda lost interest. Then my wife found it. Now she bought the 11 seasons on blue-ray. Its on the tube all the time now. She tells me she watches it for the quality acting and story line. Of course she also tells me my two youngest looking like the UPS guy is just a coincidence.
 
From the perspective of violence, tits, ass:

1. Sopranos. Still the best all around. Tony's inner conflict on it is awesome.

2. GoT: for a fantasy nut like me it is hard to beat. Has everything I like.

3. SoA: the pressure gets ridiculous. Like the above, everything I like.

4. Breaking Bad: did a lot of meth as a kid so I enjoy this one. Main character is great, constant pressure.

5. Californication. No violence but I stream this a lot when it is just me.

6. Archer. Funniest effin show on. So good, again it is male humor of the idiot kind.

7. Justified. Light hearted crime drama.

8. Longmire. More light crime drama.

Know I am forgetting at least a couple favorites, this is off top of my head of course.

I haven't seen a single second of GOT. Never peaked my interest. I enjoy Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. But my favorite TV series of all time is Scrubs. I run through it at least once a year.
