And it just keeps getting worse for Dean Spanos and the Chargers, the Red-Headed stepchild of the NFL.

Fans have hired an airplane to fly banners around the StubHub during Charger games.

Check the link to see them.

Hard to feel sorry, Spanos brought it all on himself.

I live in Carson just blocks from the StubHub, these banners started flying over my house last weekend . Pretty funny stuff. Spanos getting what he deserves IMHO.

The fuck? I have to complete survey to see the article? Yeah, no thanks.

I wonder if at this point if the city would take the team back if he was still the owner.

Fans are getting sick of the greedy money grubbing owners who will fuck fans out of every nickel they can.

Keep it coming Spanos, the fact that there's speculation of Chargers moving back to SD, charging $100 parking tickets, and having the stadium dominated by road fans speak volumes for the shitty state of the franchise run by an incompetent, egotistical owner. Just sell the franchise to an owner who cares about fielding a quality product. Kroenke may be bottom-line but he at least pools the funds to invest in fielding a good product

What's the banner going to say

lol this whole article is great but this is easily my favorite...

"Recently, Spanos tried to stop it by contacting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and requesting a temporary flight restriction (TFR) for game days.

However, the FAA only grants TFRs for stadiums and arenas that hold 30,000 or more, and since the StubHub Center capacity is under 30,000 -- the Chargers announced a sellout at 25,386 during their game with the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday -- the FAA will not grant the TFR."

Why don't you keep the discussion about the owners and your personal attacks to yourself I see Stan differently.

No personal attacks. You felt the need to respond with your opinion and I in turn gave mine back to you. :pillowfight:

Hopefully this will be the first time a removed franchise is finally screwed and sent back before they can even get going. Will be another proud moment for L.A., and hopefully a wakeup call to the NFL and media.
