DeSean Jackson requested a trade from the Bucs, and despite having a year on his contract wants out of Tampa Bay. Arians claims that he sees Winston as the QB for the future in Tampa. Jackson played better with Fitzpatrick. The Bucs can release him with no cap hit.

So, should the Rams try to bring him back home to finish his career, and serve as a part time rotational receiver?

Or does he still have enough in the tank to want to start?

He had 41 receptions for 774 yards, so he is still a deep threat. But, he is 32.

That was CGI, probably. He's the grammar nazi.

I highly doubt he wants to be part time. Rams are good at WR while they have many other needs. I hope he does not come to the NFC West as I think he still has some juice left in the tank.

Donnie Avery isn't available?
Please Mrs. Avery, I've just got to talk to her
I'll only keep her a while
Please Mrs. Avery, I just want to tell her
Goodbye

I just don’t think the Rams need Jackson. If Kupp would have stayed healthy, I think the Rams would have had 3-1,000 yard receivers. Add in Josh Reynolds and I think the Rams have the best Wide Receivers in the NFL.

Not to mention that Gurley is one of the best pass catching backs in the NFL, and Everett and Higbee can be dangerous. I would rather use the money to make improvements on the defensive side of the ball.

I want the Rams to get financially creative to sign CJ, with 2 great backs, Sean can take a lot of pressure off of Tod and Jared, and scheme himself silly, while making our play action the deadliest in NFL history...Go Rams!!

Dr Hook and the Medicine Show . Now that brings back some great memories

And you know what @gabriel18 for years I thought they were saying "Mrs. Gabriel" and not Mrs. Avery and I liked the song because of Roman Gabriel....Funny when you realize how many songs you truly didn't know the lyrics to.

Kind of like "...I'm a pool hall ace." Sting, Every breath you take.

Rams' focus is going to be on the OL and backup QB on the offensive side of the ball. So barring him coming in on a very team friendly deal I doubt it.

Oh and btw I wouldn't bet on him leaving either. He's got Arians coming in, and a QB who has the arm to air it deep so the offensive focus will be what he's good at which seems like a situation that would keep him around.
