I like this a lot Dave! I would PS Hill, Fox and Chubb. I would also add McRoberts and Duke Williams to the PS.

Trim from 56 to 53 by losing Battle, Thomas & Fox to the practice squad. Coples behind Brockers, substitute Rhaney for Reynolds, not sure about the other Reynolds over Green yet. Lose a LB to make room for Westbrooks. jmo.

Not bad overall. Pretty sure they won't carry 11 OL, and would feel pretty confident that Garrett Reynolds is one of the 9 or 10 they do carry.

I put RED on the players that are still on the bubble for me... I'm needing to see both of the last 2 preseason games to commit to making a final 53..

I like your list and added some players you missed... My red only means I wouldn't be shocked if the player was to get cut. Of course I would be upset if some of the red highlighted players were cut but they are still on my show me more list........

All this time I thought Morgan Fox was an actress...Anyway I believe Cam Thomas makes the team based on size alone....Also IMHO Battle is out as much as I was down on Andrew Donnal, he has looked stellar in preseason at both guard & tackle and looks much stronger this year....However, @DaveFan'51 gave us 56 and you can easily drop 3 from his list....An absolute stupendous job Dave!

I like a lot of the players you do, But I was trying to cut to 53 and your list is way past that mark.(y) The rams can't help but loose some good players. which is a better place than we've been in for some time!(y):D

I'm not sure that Spruce makes the Roster.. Especially if he doesnt play in another preseason game

I think we are all ready for Green. Good call, I hope the staff loves him as much as we do. How did we get such a hungry over-the-top bunch of new guys this year? It's crazy how much talent we have to choose from, pinch me!

I'd drop Littleton and Kush. I'd find someway to IR or PUP Marquez or Spruce. Green over Chase Reynolds. I'd also promote Duke Williams and try to stash Thomas on the PS. Voila, 53.

Finally, with such dreadful cuts coming...I wonder why Barnes can't be a LS as much as I like McQuade. If so, we could recover Marquez, Spruce, or Chase R.
 
So, you actually think that Joyner, who can't seem to cover the grass that he is standing on, will start over Gaines?:thinking:

Gaines plays both CB and Slot. Joyner was drafted SPECIFICALLY for the slot and the staff has been consistent that is where he is a starter. Gaines starts opposite TruJo. Joyner is excellent at his position, lost outside it. That's why he's never been moved to FS as sooooo many have inexplicably suggested.

Joyner has been far from impressive in the slot. Not sure he could cover as a safety. Can't see why they drafted him at all.

After watching tonight, #63 OLT Williams has to be on the bubble if not out, all together. He's a turnstile and he's going to get a QB seriously injured.

Reaching, grabbing, slow feet, no base... Everything you don't want in one OLT...
