Barwin would be a nice get! Dunbar? seems like a dime a dozen pick up but probably needed.

With the Rams transitioning to a 3-4 defense under new coordinator Wade Phillips, they need some guys familiar with the scheme. So it makes sense that they’re looking at one who has experience there.

According to Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times, Barwin is visiting the Rams today.

Barwin was cut by the Eagles for reasons economic, but he also was out of place when they shifted to a 4-3 front, and Barwin was converted to a defensive end.

Barwin’s also visited the Bengals as the 30-year-old looks for a new home. His experience with Phillips in Houston could make him a valuable piece as they convert.

Has Barwin played with Wade before????

Ooops....my bad

Barwin is a beast. A motor like Chris Long with better results. Plus from everything I've seen during his time in Philly, another locker room plus with great character.
No doubt
Last year he struggled at DE, much more equipped at OLB where he'd play here.
This would be awesome

Looks like the coaches are brining in experience, right, left and centre in FA - have we been this busy in FA in the past few years, it doesn't seem so... brining in Barwin would be a huge bonus as he's comfortable and familiar with the 3-4 system, I've not followed him much recently, is he still performing at a high level??
