Funny he's still listed on the Rams website on the depth chart as the ROLB, however, just the webmaster not doing their due diligence.

Shaky move by the Rams with one true LBer playing a new position. We'll see I guess.

We have some cap room, I'm guessing we're gonna pick someone up.

He probably felt insulted by the team, and wouldn't come back for pride reasons. It will be interesting to see what the Colts pay him.

He didn't seem to make much of an impact. Seemed like a good guy, though. I will be curious to see how we handle our entire back seven, actually. Lot's of mysteries there.

Right, Gaines being the biggie for me. I hope these small injuries are at an end. Alexander has some tough cleats to fill. As far as Hill, honestly his end of the year play last year really isn't memorable to me. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Did Hill not show you anything during preseason? He definitely caught my attention. He was around the ball almost every snap, as well as making 'sure' tackles which is huge.

If some combination of:
Ogletree
Barron
Alexander
McDonald
Johnson
Gaines and...
Hill are on the field, along with our big boys, how can that be a bad thing?

Yup, having a 3 LBs on defense is going the way of the dinosaur.

Mark Barron and "Mo" have similar builds, wouldn't be surprised if they both would be LBs in 4-3 packages, with TJ and LaMarcus at the safety spots.

I don't think it was this. The conjecture was that the Rams were going to sign him after week 1 in order to avoid the veteran guaranty for the season. By signing with the Colts now, he has his guaranty. I'm not sure what his new monetary terms are, but he has more financial security for the season.

hmmm...Not surprised....I thought his play overall was meh....couple of games he looked like he didn't want it...Started to pick it up vs Minnesota, but was too late for Fish....
I thought Littleton played well a couple of games...& I thought Forrest played well the last game...and then Grigsby came outta nowhere to play with some fire....and they are all cheaper than Akeem...so I figured Lynch & Hagar were gone...Never knew they'd replace Ayers...
Now to see who's gonna start? Forrest has the advantage, but Littleton & Grigsby caught my eye...

Actually he looked great, when I saw him, in the Preseason. I just hear a few folks talking about him last year. I honestly don't remember him from last year, that's what I was trying to get at.
