The Lions' DBs played worlds better against Rodgers this past Sunday, forcing several red zone turnovers. I still think Pleasant was not the problem and is a great coach. I'd welcome him back. But it seems the shake-up worked. Or at least delivered an initial jolt, which new coaches often do.

I'm pretty sure Reich is a great HC. Hard to win with a terrible Ryan and a 6th round pick rookie at QB. Wasn't Reich in the top 3 voting for coach of the year just a couple seasons back?

Jim Irsay is the new Bill Bidwell. Garbage ownership and this is just gonna continue as long he keeps butting in.

So glad his dad traded franchises with Carroll Rosenbloom. Granted, we had to suffer through the Whoregia years, but we still got a trophy then and now we have a much better owner, the best building in the NFL, and another trophy.

On another thought, it seems like Indy is where QBs go to have their careers die now. I can't believe how far and how fast Ryan has fallen.

He got old. But really, he's not better than Ehlinger even at 150 yrs old?

Colts QB coach Scott Milanovich called plays for the Jags.
Yeah I saw something later he did call plays for like 4 weeks at the end of one season.

For what, HC or OC or both?
Anything. Call it anything too. I would task him with analyzing our offense as an "opponent" and his duties would be run game coordinator.

Btw I would not be thinking of replacing the head coach. That is crazy and non-appreciative of what McVay has proven he is. But Reich is a quality offensive mind and McVay would make good use of him.

I get where you're coming from but then what do we do with Jay Gruden? Isn't it his job to do what you'd hire Reich for?

Rapoport stated that both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers are teams of interest in Payton’s head-coaching search.
Me offering an olive branch to Asshole Face if we ever hire him.
