Seriously impressed with what McVay is putting together. This staff is looking tight. Love that he was able to recognize something here was working before he got hired and he didn't fuck with success. A lot of guys would put their ego and "their guys" ahead of making the right decision. Much respect to McVay if he keeps Fassel on this staff.

I think that shows he's very level headed, and it will only make his job easier. He really only has to focus on the offense, and Wade and Fassel can ease him into being more in charge of defense and special teams. I think this is exceptional.

It's probably been 15 years since I was this excited for a season, and free agency and the draft haven't even happened yet.

Yeah those ILBs are gonna have their work cut out for them in this defense. Wade don't mess around, his LBs gotta be able to take on interior OL when they need to.
