This has been around for a long ( at least since I been alive)

Just put in my my hunts yesterday actually. Haven't seen one coming at me yet trying to eat my brains! :laugh2:

That’s how the zombie apocalypse comes into play. Like Left 4 Dead, not as a disease that reanimates the dead, but transforms the living.

I haven’t eaten venison in a while. It’s good, but there’s no food I’d eat if it’s going to make me waste away mentally.

I'll play.

I don't hunt, but have friends that do, and often end up with some of their meat. It's very good.

So I read the whole article, and honestly think it's pretty much a load of alarmist environmental horseshit.
(Or elkshit in this case).

The author(s) very carefully left out ANY actual numbers, and for something that has apparently been around close to 150 years, it doesn't seem to be much of a threat to me.

Just like my opinion man.

Honestly that's what it is, but tbh even thought I hunted before going into the service and the whole since I only heard about CWD like in what? 2019?2020? To be fair not going to see I'm a legit mountain man but have lot's of friends and family that I'm surprised I never heard about it before then. Apparently it's not huge but you still have to look for it.

Much of sports or just general reporting is complete shit now a days. Just the norm.

Everyone in my area hunts. And no one gives a shit.

CWD CAN'T transfer to humans. It doesn't effect the taste. But, know what can? Not killing that damn thing on impact. Last thing you want is a deer who ran through the damn woods for miles getting it's adrenaline pumping.

CWD has been around as long as I can remember and I'm 40. I remember my uncles talking about it just like this when I was a kid.

I've also NEVER heard someone in real life talking about killing a deer with it. Because the ones who are badly effected aren't the ones moving out moving during the rutt.
