O-line sucked for both Goff and Mannion, and the receivers did as well.

But I'm talking about his throws, how he looked, how he got the ball out. He looked bad, worse than Goff.

I have to be honest about my opinion though. I do share in some of the concerns over Goff thus far. I was a big Wentz guy and i felt there was a decent sized gap there between the two QB's(Goff and Wentz) in terms of NFL readiness, transition and to a lesser extent, upside.
At the same time it's way too early to panic and i'm 100% behind Jared to adapt and become that franchise guy for us.

When you lack the confidence to throw the ball more than 8 yards down the field in any preseason game, you need to ask yourself if you have what it takes to start a game in the NFL.

Also there aren't a lot of impressive throws, the ball doesn't pop out of his hand, rarely throws a spiral (smaller hands coming into play). They've got to be concerned in L.A. but they'll continue to put a positive spin on it but I'm sure those coaches are like, "Oh man did we make a bad decision here?"

Perfect summary. Laughable. Chris Simms is going to be shown for the fool he is.

We know our eyes and what we see. Goff will be more than fine. He will be a star in this league.

Whats the difference between Simms and his appendix? His appendix was only a bust during one game, Simms was a bust for all of them!!!!

*I remember watching the game and thought it was pretty badass he stayed in and played after his appendix burst. Always a was a pretty shitty qb though.

Winston was absolutely fucking terrible in the preseason last year. As usual, Simms is talking out of his ass.

Damnit your right. Its been a long time. But you are right it was the Spleen. Still pretty badass that he played on after that happened.

Agree, He was surrounded by a (6th) round draft pick wr and TE? Dont know exactly where they were picked but it was very late in the draft and they were all.
