Johnathan Dwyer - 2nd strong RB for the Cards has been arrested for - wait for it - Domestic Violence.

If he did it, and it is an if, then he has got to be one of the dumbest players that the league can offer.
 
Maybe if they would have hit the hole instead of the family they wouldn't be so angry

Charges:
-aggravated assault
-preventing someone from calling 911


- I bet he tried like hell to prevent that 911 call once he realized that he was about to be the next man up on the public opinion guillotine.

People who commit domestic violence are stupid anyway, but you'd have to be really dense to do it after all that shit has been happening the past 2 weeks.

Just my opinion here, but I think that's because he was arrested on a felony. The decision coming is (1) charge the felony (2) charge a misdemeanor or (3) don't charge at all.

With all the eyes on this situation, 3 seems pretty unlikely absent a complete admission by the complaining victim that she made it all up and self inflicted her marks - otherwise, the prosecutor is going to be reading about herself in the paper for a while.

There had to be charges if he was arrested and released on bail. They dont take you to jail and make you pay bail without charges. There is no need for bail if you are just detained. I could be wrong,about this but in my experience I've never been arrested for anything that I didnt do.

Yes it is,every year the rookie symposium tries to inform these guys that there are predatory women after their money , until I get details my range of possibilities includes it's trumped up ,however IF it's true,this guy must be legendarily dumb.
