The season is half over and the Rams lead the NFC West with a 6-2 record. they lead the league in points scored. No signiifigant injuries. But the single biggest indication the Rams are for real and ready to make a playoff run is they are 5-0 on the road. You have to win on the road when you make the playoffs.

6 wins with 8 games to go. Next up Texans at home without Watkins. His replacement, Ted Savage went 19 of 44 and the Texans lost to Indy, a team the Rams handled easily. 49ers and Cardinals should be wins. That gives the Rams 9 and at least a wildcard.

Rams have let me down so many times its hard to be hopeful. But this team is playoff caliber. Playing good football in all three phases of the game.

Its time to start talking playoffs!!

Sorry, I had to.

I wouldn't talk playoffs. I'm just gonna take it a game at a time.

As many teams have discovered, it's a matter of talent, execution and...health to critical personnel.

Hoping and praying our health stays good!!!

Onecgane at a time ... once we are 9 wins I think it enters the discussion but Unitll
we know we will finish the season over .500 I say no playoff talk
I'm here. Cuz dammit, I'm sick of having shitty non-winning records. I don't give a shit about 8-8. It's still not winning. We need that elusive 9th win first and foremost. It's been too friggin' long.

he’s not talking about finishing with an 8-8 record but numerically we haven’t gotten to 8 wins to even think about not going 8-8 worse case scenario.
Hell its been forever since this teams even been .500 with Fishers 7-9 and Spags asses. We’re getting there. Be patient!

We’re only at 6 wins. Once we get 8 wins and if that’s after the Minnesota game then it’s playoff talk time!

At the moment, we're in the playoff race, there's no denying that but we're not in the playoffs just yet. Before the season I thought 10 wins would put us in the playoff picture, that being said, 6 wins is not 10 and we can't get to 10 before 7, 8, and 9. My focus (and I think the team's focus) is getting that 7th win as soon as possible-----hopefully that'll be the next game. Let's keep our 1 game at a time approach------the playoffs are in the future, not now. JMHO of course.....

I know he's not talking about 8-8. I am! lol. I just want us to cross that point. After 9 wins, i'm moving on to playoff aspirations!

I'm going to wait a few more games. Up to this point, the overall record of the teams that the Rams have beat is 16-32. And, between Nov 11 and Dec 17, the Rams play the Vikings, Saints, Eagles, and Seahawks. All 4 are playoff caliber teams as of today. Unless they win 2 of those 4 games, I will not presume that the Rams will make the playoffs.
