Picked up the keys today! Yaaaas! Some random kid from down the street just threw a snowball at my old man as he was lugging my tv stand into the van...I laughed A LOT.

Congrats on your new home! Are you able to live there and rent part of it, like a duplex? If so how much would that take off your monthly payment?

For those of us in the US I would caution against buying unless you feel you have to as the housing market most places is over priced. Doesn't appear much was learnt since 2008.
