Absolutely. Much rather have a talented rookie than pay a journeyman like Dixon.

I prefer Jake Moody over Ethan Evans as a place kicker at the very least I know that Moody has kicked in front of over 100,000 each week as opposed to about 5,000 fans at Wingate. I would be fine with the combination of Moody & Turk.

100% why Im all in on Moody, outside of his freshman and sophomore year which brought down his % ( which I may remind many it’s rare for a freshman or sophomore to kick for a big team like Michigan) so he’s been in 5 years.
Honestly I’d go with Michael Turk if I had a choice but Ethan Evans is a ridiculous talent and wouldn’t be hurt if we ended up with him.
Also, all in going with a LS too but idk for a pick. I’d reserve those for my punter and kicker I think.

PS to those last year that were all about Dixon over Hekker LMAO. Dixon was average at best, Hekker went on to set almost every Panther punting stat and had the most punts within the 20 of the league last year.
Guess this year with us purging the books makes it a moot point anyways, but Hekker was/is still a top punter.
