Honestly, it's just not worth caring about anymore. Fisher will be Fisher. Trying to understand his motives will just get you more irritated.

It's like fly fishing. Fisher loves fly fishing. You have to choose the right fly at the right time and then present it flawlessly on the water, so you don't scare the fish. In this scenario the fish are wins. Fisher prefers to catch the run of the mill trout with his tried and true, old standby fly (Keenum). He keeps looking in his box at the Super fly (Goff) and thinks that if he ties that one on he is going to catch the big fish (the playoffs), but he would have to make a perfect cast, and he doesn't have the confidence to pull it off. He has good gear ( coaches) but not the best tippet (OC), and he is afraid that even if he makes a perfect cast that the big fish will grab that Super fly (Goff) and the tippet (offensive coaching) will break and his precious fly will be lost forever. So, he just leaves it in the box and admires it because he knows that he could never tie another one like it, and keeps fishing with his old standby (Keenum) that he knows works pretty well, and it is easy to tie more of, but it won't catch the big fish (playoffs). He is happy just bringing home his 7 fish limit.

This explains coach better than anything ever written before .

.

He's ready, he's not ready, does it matter anymore? Fisher chose the case train before training camp started and will ride it till the end.

This is a great analogy

Now, if he springs Jared unexpectedly on Sunday, that would be something nice. Let the Panthers prepare for Case, then present the man with the Golden Arm. Please bear with me while I pretend The Fisher King has a plan.

If This is the case, Keenum is probably on a Short Leash! My guess, If he doesn't look Good in the 1st half of the Panthers game, Goff coming in will be a 2nd Half adjustment! Bomb's-Away!!

See, now I would of asked Boras, is he more ready than Sean Mannion?

Dude couldn't you have added this to one of the other 5698 Goff threads that have been created this season? :rolllaugh:

Right, "the coaches" don't think Goff isn't "ready" only Fisher does
Its just so ridiculous at this point
