Started watching Strange Angel after hearing about it on a podcast last week that had the maker/director of the Saw movies on it. This series just happened to come up during his crazy interview.

It's based on the true Jack Parsons story. The US rocket scientist (1940ish) who got involved in a satanic sex cult.

Fucking crazy that this shit really happened. Truth is stranger than fiction sometimes. I'm about halfway through the 2nd and final season. It's fucking nutz from episode 1 and never stops. I've never seen anything like this shit.

Trying to watch “Lost”
Just can’t get in to it.
Crazy that shows used to have 22 episodes in a season
I just watched it for the first time a couple months back.

I started skipping the parts with all the back story and just watching the island scenes.
I fell asleep more than once.

It was just ok. I didn’t see what all the hype was about.

I’ve never heard of it.

I might have to check it out.

Yeah I caught it when it was running new I enjoyed it a lot.
I like to wait a few years for these shows. Don't like waiting a whole week to see what happens next. This way I get to binge as much as I want. I always wanted to watch 24 when it was on weekly back in the day but I knew I couldn't commit to waiting for it once a week. Then all the seasons were on Netflix. My wife and I watched episodes almost every night for several months. I still rate it the best show of that genre that I've ever watched. Jack Bauer was the man. My wife said she couldn't watch it again. It made her heart race with it always being on the edge of disaster.

I get that and often I'll watch the first episode then wait for 3 or 4 to go through. But back when this was live there were several shows running that I enjoyed so there was always something for me. Now it's much much less so.

For those who liked Bosch, Ballard is now on Prime. I’ve watched one episode and it’s more of the same, they’ve referenced Bosch already.

I loved the Bosch series, have read many of the books. I just couldnt get in to the Legacy series though. I suppose one needs to watch Legacy to know who Ballard is? I think she came in to the Bosch series late, I havent read any of the newer ones.
Jerry Edgar was awesome in the Bosch series, without him made the show kind of flat, IMO of course

She’s been in roughly half a dozen of the later books.

Finished Nautilis and really e joked the show. The lead actor playing Nemo was good, enjoyed him in ST Discovery too.

The mom and caddy are OK, and like Wilson a lot, but the rest...

But I'll keep watching.

(cuz I'm old AF, and that's what we do)
Fortunately there's only 1 episode left. Yes, "Mitts" is terrific and Wilson is just the same Wilson we see in every movie, which is enjoyable.

if you need a show on Apple TV.. Your Friends & Neighbors was great

still have to watch season 3 of Squid Games. Been avoiding it
